These terms apply to the use of 4ever1 PK-Board – as an app and
in the browser at mein.4ever1.tv. By creating an account you agree
to them.
There is zero tolerance for offensive content and abusive behavior here – none. This applies to posts, comments, messages, images, voice messages, profiles and to how you behave in calls.
Forbidden in particular: pornography, nudity and sexualized depictions · harassment, bullying and threats · hate and discrimination based on origin, gender, religion, disability or sexual orientation · glorification of violence · content from or about minors · other people's photos, messages and data without permission.
What happens: Offensive content is removed. Anyone who behaves abusively gets a warning, a chat time-out or loses access – if it happens again, without any further warning. The team leadership sees every report and deals with it within 24 hours.
Every post, every comment, every message and every profile has a “Report” option – one tap is enough, nothing more is needed. You can block any member, and blocking works in both directions (the team leadership and the owner are excepted – there, “Report” applies instead, so that nobody can escape moderation): after that the two of you no longer see each other's posts, comments, reactions, wishes, status, pinboard and guestbook entries, you no longer show up in each other's search results, and you can neither message nor call each other. You stay visible to each other only where the shared work is concerned – the PK lists and who is live right now: otherwise it would no longer be possible to plan dates. Posts, comments and messages in the channels are additionally read automatically; anything conspicuous goes straight to the team leadership. Your direct messages you can end-to-end encrypt – as soon as you have both set a chat password, nobody can read along, not even us. Without a chat password they are stored on our server like other content; the chat then visibly states that encryption is currently off. If you want to report something there, tap “Report”: your device then sends the relevant excerpt along, and the team leadership sees it.

If you are not with us yet, you apply right inside the app — no account needed. You receive an application number, which lets you come back and message the team leadership. The conversation runs until one side ends it: you say yes, you withdraw, or we decline. Every application gets an answer.
For security reasons we store your IP address when you apply. This limits mass submissions and guessing of application numbers — and it lets us block an address if someone becomes insulting or threatening in the conversation. The reason for a block is recorded. Details are in our privacy policy.
PK-Board is the internal meeting place of the streamer agency 4ever1. You create your account yourself in the app; the team leadership then activates it. You must be of legal age. An account belongs to one person – do not pass on your login details.
Be respectful. Insults, bullying, hate, discrimination, threats and spreading other people's private data are not allowed. Normal banter between adults – even when it gets earthy – has no consequences.
“Whisper” messages are always end-to-end encrypted – the app does not even allow whispering in the first place if the other side has no key. Private 1:1 chats you can encrypt: as soon as you have both set a chat password, nobody can read along, not even us. Without a chat password they are stored on our server like other content – the chat then visibly states that encryption is currently off. They do not appear in any moderation view, and they are not scanned – neither by admins or the team leadership nor by our AI assistant Fidolin. One exception you trigger yourself: if you report a message, your device sends the relevant excerpt along – otherwise the team leadership could not check the report.
So that the team leadership can look after you and moderate when it matters, it sees your public content: team chat, posts, comments, status, pinboard and guestbook – that is, everything you share publicly with the team anyway. For security, login times and the leadership's actions are also logged.

You can delete your account yourself at any time: in the app under Profile → Settings → 🗑️ Delete account. If your access is still waiting for approval, you will find the way directly on the login screen. How this works and what is erased in the process is described on the account deletion page.
